We're recruiting for a Data and Insight Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring the business has access to accurate, trusted data and meaningful insight that supports commercial performance.

The Role

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll be responsible for maintaining data quality, delivering reporting and insight, and supporting the teams that rely on accurate data every day.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of commercial decision making. You'll take ownership of the quality, structure and performance of data within Salesforce and other business systems, monitoring data health, identifying trends, investigating issues and delivering reporting and dashboards that supports daily activity and strategic planning. You'll also play an important role in maintaining integrations and ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems.

Location

This is a highly flexible hybrid role. You'll attend our Aldford office (CH3) one or two days per week, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely.

We're keen to hear from candidates based in Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, the Wirral Manchester and North Wales who can comfortably attend our Aldford office one or two days per week.

Typical commuting times are:

• Chester / Wrexham: 15-20 minutes

• The Wirral: 25 minutes

• Warrington / Frodsham: 35 minutes

• Liverpool City Centre: 35 minutes

• South Manchester / Altrincham: 45 minutes

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and understands the impact that accurate, reliable information can have on business performance.

Confident working with large datasets, you'll be comfortable identifying trends, investigating issues and improving data quality within Salesforce and other business systems. Strong Excel skills are essential, whether that's building datasets, analysing trends, producing reports or creating dashboards that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Experience working with Salesforce data, reporting and governance is important, along with knowledge of SOQL/SQL and tools such as Plauti or a similar data quality and deduplication solution. You'll have a good understanding of how data moves across systems, with experience of APIs, integrations and automated data flows, and the ability to troubleshoot issues when they arise.

Just as importantly, you'll be a strong relationship builder, able to work effectively with stakeholders across the business and translate complex data into clear, meaningful insight.

You'll likely have experience in:

• Salesforce data management, reporting and analysis

• Data quality, validation and governance

• Data triage, trend analysis and root cause investigation

• Building, maintaining and analysing large datasets

• Dashboard creation and performance reporting

• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query

• SOQL/SQL querying and data extraction

• APIs, integrations and automated data processes

• Plauti, Cloudingo or similar data quality and deduplication tools

• Presenting insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
