What we’re looking for
Whether you're a qualified Employment Solicitor or an employment law or HR professional with at least two years experience in employment law, this is an opportunity to build your career within a specialist litigation team. We pride ourselves on delivering trusted, legally compliant advice and documentation, particularly for Employment Tribunal cases. As part of our expert team, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, from drafting responses and preparing witness statements to representing clients in Tribunal hearings. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, including ACAS and litigants in person, ensuring effective case management while providing practical, commercially focused guidance to clients.
Beyond casework, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting senior colleagues with complex litigation, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You’ll also contribute to team efficiencies by sharing best practices and process improvements. We invest in your professional development, keeping you at the forefront of employment law while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
