As Strategic Delivery Director my role is to help WorkNest Group to turn strategic intent to real world delivery. Along with our team of project and change experts from a variety of backgrounds, we work on a wide range of business and technical change programmes, acquisition integration projects and business support initiatives both in the UK and internationally.

Personally I have more than 20 years in business and transformational change experience, as well as having built and run businesses in COO like roles - with a common theme of helping organisations navigate complex transformational change. With a history of growth through acquisition, the landscape at Worknest Group is dynamic, complex and frequently changing. So if you'd like to join our friendly team, you'll need to be pragmatic, proactive and prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
